Moikka kaikki myyläiset! 🐋
Vuosi lähenee loppuaan, ja sen myötä koittaa järjestömme jännittävin spektaakkeli, nimittäin vaalikokous! Kokous järjestetään Hedda Gablerilla eli Pupu-klusterilla (Mechelininkatu 3d, 00100 Helsinki) sekä Zoomissa maanantaina 1.12.2025. Kokouksen virallinen osuus alkaa
klo 17, mutta paikalle kannattaa saapua hengailemaan jo hyvissä ajoin, esimerkiksi klo: 16:30. Tarjolla myös herkullisia kokouseväitä ja virvoketta! Otathan omat astiat mukaan 🙂
Jos tahdot osallistua kokoukseen Zoomin kautta, otathan puheenjohtaja Helka Walldeniin yhteyttä ennen kokousta, jotta saat kokouslinkin.
MYY ry:n vaalikokouksessa valitaan kauden 2026 hallitus ja toimihenkilöt. Avoimet hallituspestit ja toimihenkilöiden paikat löydät sähköpostista. Tarkemmat kuvaukset virkailijoiden tehtävistä löydät nettisivujen ainejärjestö välilehdeltä. Itseään kiinnostavaa pestiä kannattaa miettiä jo hiukan etukäteen, jotta kokous saadaan etenemään joustavasti. Perinteisesti vanha hallitus perehdyttää uuden hallituksen uudet ja upeat toimijat tehtäviinsä ja he saavat tuekseen myös pestikohtaiset testamentit. Jos jokin pesteissä mietityttää, niin kysymyksiä voi lähettää ennemmän kuin mielellään sähköpostiin: myy-hallitus@helsinki.fi tai esimerkiksi allekirjoittaneelle: helka.wallden@helsinki.fi. / Telegram: @helkawallden
Jos et pääse osallistumaan kokoukseen, mutta haluaisit kuitenkin asettua ehdolle johonkin virkaan, voit ilmoittaa kiinnostuksesi pestiin olemalla yhteydessä puheenjohtajaan (Helka Walldén) tai varapuheenjohtajaan (Venla Larpi): venla.larpi@helsinki.fi / Telegram: @venlalarpi Viestissä voit kertoa mihin tehtävään haluaisit ja miksi. Hallitus esittelee toiveesi sitten kokoukselle. Kannustamme kuitenkin tulemaan itse paikan päälle, jos vain mahdollista. ❤️

The time has come for perhaps the most exciting spectacle of the year, the election meeting of MYY ry! The meeting will be held at Hedda Gabler, the Pupu cluster (Mechelininkatu 3d, 00100 Helsinki) and at Zoom on Monday 1st of December. The official part of the meeting starts at 17 (5pm), but we recommend you to come hang out well in advance, for example at 16:30 (4:30 pm). There will be served the most delicious snacks you have ever seen! Please take your own cutlery, plate and glass with you 🙂
If you would like to attend a meeting via Zoom, please contact me before the meeting to get the meeting link.
At the election meeting of MYY ry, the board and the other positions of the 2026 term are elected. Open board positions and other tasks can be found our organisation's website at: https://www.myy-ry.fi/ainejarjesto/. It is a good idea to think about a position that is interesting to you a little in advance, so that the meeting can proceed flexibly. Traditionally, the old board familiarises the new and wonderful board with the responsibilities the position includes. If you are unable to attend the meeting but still would like to run for a position, you can express your interest by contacting the chairperson (Helka Walldén) or vice chairperson (Venla Larpi, venla.larpi@helsinki.fi ot Telegram @venlalarpi). In the message you can tell which task you would like apply and why. The board will then present your wishes in the election meeting. However, we encourage you to participate, if possible. ❤️
